Holstein Cow Cookies

"Someone’s in the kitchen with Diana, Someone’s in the kitchen I know-woh-woh-woh, someone’s in the kitchen with Diana, strummin’ on the old banjo! They’re singin’… "I think I'll whip up a batch of Re-Bop Holstein Cow Cookies!"

Try out these two-tone, one-of-a-kind cookies (print this page and ask your Mom, Dad or a friend to help).

All you need are two colors of dough (gingerbread cookie dough and rolled sugar cookie dough), some cookie cutters and a kooky imagination.

Use a cow cookie cutter on the rolled out sugar dough to get the shape. Then make the spots out of small pieces ripped off the rolled out gingerbread dough. Form and attach a floppy little gingerbread cow’s ear and a tiny rope tail. To make the cookie instantly three tone, add a raisin for a big brown eye.
